Art Gallery 21 will host the 12th Annual Island City Juried Art Exhibition
September 16-October 14, 2023

Completed form must accompany art entry.

CRITERIA: All fine art media, including oil, watercolor, pastel, and acrylic painting, mixed media, pencil, pen & ink, photography, and collage will be accepted. Maximum size of two-dimensional art is 30-inches in either direction (not including frame). Maximum weight 20 pounds. Work must be clean and wired for hanging (No Saw-tooth Hangers). All protected artwork must use Plexiglas, NOT glass. Unframed works on canvas must be finished on all sides with no staples showing.

Sculptures may be accepted. The gallery has a limited number of exhibit bases and acrylic covers.

All Broward County artists are invited to participate. Art must be original, not a copy of another artist’s work. No nudes, please. ENTRY FEE: $20 per entry, maximum of 2 entries per artist. We accept cash or checks payable to Art Gallery 21, Inc. All proceeds go to support the gallery’s programs and projects. Please be advised that there are no guarantees of acceptance into the exhibit and there are no entry fee refunds.

Established in 2012, Art Gallery 21, Inc. is a Florida-registered 501c3 non-profit organization working in partnership with Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department to bring art and cultural experiences to the Island City. Located in the Island City Cultural Center at 600 NE 21st Court in Wilton Manors, Florida, Art Gallery 21 is a volunteer-based organization dedicated to uplifting and promoting beautiful, thought-provoking local art and artists.
